Frequently Asked Questions
🩺 Medicare Insurance FAQs
Q: When can I enroll in Medicare?
A: You can enroll during your Initial Enrollment Period (3 months before to 3 months after your 65th birthday). Additional enrollment windows include the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) from October 15 to December 7, and Special Enrollment Periods for qualifying events like moving or losing coverage.
Q: What’s the difference between Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage?
A: Original Medicare (Part A & Part B) is provided by the federal government. Medicare Advantage plans (Part C) are offered by private companies and often include extra benefits like dental, vision, hearing, and prescription drug coverage.
Q: Do I need a Medicare Part D plan if I don’t take prescriptions?
A: Yes, it's strongly recommended. Delaying enrollment in Part D prescription drug coverage could lead to lifelong penalties if you go without creditable coverage.
Q: What’s the Medicare Advantage plan available?
A: There is no one plan out there that can be called the “best”. Where you live, your doctors, medications, and your personal needs and wants are factors when looking into the options available. Reach out to us and schedule your no cost, no obligation review and we can help determine what fits you!
💼 Life Insurance FAQs
Q: What’s the difference between term and permanent life insurance?
A: Term life insurance covers you for a specific period (e.g., 10–30 years). Whole life insurance and universal life insurance are permanent policies that include cash value accumulation for long-term financial planning.
Q: How much life insurance do I need?
A: Your coverage should reflect your debts, income, family needs, and future goals. Our licensed agents provide free life insurance consultations to help you find the right fit.
Q: Can I qualify for life insurance with health conditions?
A: Yes. We offer access to no-medical-exam life insurance and policies tailored to individuals with pre-existing conditions.
